Although a non-healing sore or lesion doesn't sound like much of a strategy, it does localize the tissue damage. New adult clients are commonly at this stage or lower. WIth treatment this phase can leapfrog all the way back into the 2nd Inflammatory phase, like a ladder in Shutes and Ladders. The tissue will then recommence the active inflammatory detoxification that had failed or been derailed by drugs in the past. Maintaining antioxidant status and immune system strength so that this time around the work can be completed successfully is an art form. Inadequate drainage can also make this improvement back to the inflammatory phase more uncomfortable then the chronic Lesion phase. Perseverance is helpful.
